choose difficult, non-dictionary password and update your anti-virus/anti-spyware software.

Keep your antispware/antivirus updated. Dont type your password on internet cafes.

Avast combined with Xoftspy should kick those keylogging trojans on your PC.

periodically scan your hard drive for spywares and never login on internet cafes.
