can it cause cancer and other diseases? or is that just the dryer sheets? helppppp?!?

Electric Clothes Dryer's are not Dangerous when used properly . And no they do not cause diseases .
I have not heard anything about the Dryer Sheets having bad  effects on people either .

There is absolutely no hint of evidence that dryers or dryer sheets are carcinogenic, or dangerous in any way.  There are literally millions and millions of them out there, and they've been in existence for over 50 years.  If there were any evidence, it would have shown up by now.

If you can put  clothing soaked in volatile organic compounds into the dryer you put can start a fire.  Also heavy lint build up can cause a fire.
I would only use unscented dryer sheets and infrequently. Im allergic to all that odor.
