I plan on after graduating college buying about 20 acres of mountain land and working with animals. I plan on having 2 Great Danes and a horse, and possibly working with wolves, but I have no idea how much money I will need to make in order to comfortably afford this. I plan on living in Utah.

Given your plan, you won't have ANY income and your chances of buying ANYTHING on your list is slim to none.  The DOWN PAYMENT on 20 acres is more than you can expect ANNUALLY from your first job out of college.
