I'll be 18 next month, and I've never held a job. I've been applying every place I can, but every time I go in to simply get an application, I feel really panicky and I'm certain that I don't appear at all confident or social. How do I change this so I can start making money?

Maybe get a job working at a dog boarding kennel, so you are dealing with animals more than people. I've been working at a Vet hospital a long time taking care of animals, and I love it

Fake it til you make it.  Pretend to be someone else, someone confident.   Once you get a job and you have to talk to other people to do your job, it gets easier and easier.  Be  yourself off the job, but on the job, be as you need to be to do your job.
