Yes, i agree that some HYIPs are scam ... What do you mean by HYIPs anyway? HYIP means High Yield Investment, in business or banking any investment that comes with high yields means high risk so there is no way that the program can sustain their business and in the future turns into scam. As an admin of a HYIP named Within12.Biz i am trying to prove to all that not all HYIPS are scam as long as the admin has a very bright plan about it. And knows how to gain more profit.
