looks like paypal's conversino rate is different from XE.com what is the site is the reference of paypals conversion rate?

i dunno but seems like paypal have their own conversion rate that is different from your countries conversion rate.

actually paypal gives you an option wether you want to convert your money in to their own fix conversion rate or the conversion rate of your credit/debit card.
