my friend is in the real state business and all i can say is that
this is a good source of passive income. land prices do get
higher as time passes by.

Any kind of real estate business is definitely good. Real estate is a passive income earner, any type of passive income is good. It earns while you are doing nothing at all.

Generally, this business is great if you have enough capital to invest on a land or building. But most of us does not have enough start up capital to venture in this kind of biz.
